I have been responsible for defining the long-term roadmap, managing and tracking short-term tasks, designing and streamlining processes, creating pricing plans, designing the core products, and producing documentation. Given the small size of our team, I collaborate closely with all departments—data, tech, and business—taking on also diverse tasks such as frontend development, data report analysis, and generating billing reports for clients.

During my time at Mailtrack I've collaborated closely with PMs and software and data engineers. Mailtrack has 2+ million active users, so every small decision affects to thousands of users' daily workflow. My biggest challenge has been to improve the features progressively without disturbing these users routines.

Z1 is an international digital studio that teams up with startups helping them create and launch disruptive products to the market. They are part of Tiny, a Canadian investment fund behind industry giants such as Dribbble or Metalab.

My role at Z1 was to lead the front-end design team, working together with both the design and development teams to create delightful and robust products. I worked with clients like Loftsmart, Launch After School, WeWork, and Altrulabs.

During the last nine years I've been designing and coding interfaces as a freelancer. Over this period of time I’ve also worked as UX design trainer both internally and for others such as the University of Western Ontario.

The Cocktail is one of the leading Internet strategy consulting and research firms in Spain focused on the design of digital products and services for the main Spanish companies.
My time at The Cocktail allowed me to deal with projects for the major companies of media, telecommunications, banking, and insurance in the Spanish market, where I carried out tasks like:

Ciclik was a digital product studio where I had the opportunity to start working as a designer. We were a small but versatile team that needed to do everything along the product development process, from information architecture and wireframing to front-end & back-end programming.

Yaco was one of the most innovative software development companies in Spain, centered on using open source technologies and contributing to several software communities, such as Django, Zope and Plone. My work here was to develop web applications using Django.
